- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 25% discount to secure the date. Refundable up to 10 days before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer I like to discuss the dietary restrictions and preferences of the client. Then we talk about the format of the meal and I customize a menu based on our conversation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for over fifteen years in some of the best restaurants in both Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston. Came in second on Food Network’s Chopped.
