Southpaw Residential formally Boston Capital Management Inc. specializes in working with individual property owners to service all aspects of their real estate needs. We provide property management, contracting, maintenance and landscaping services that preserve and enhance the value of the real estate investments we manage. We also have a full service brokerage to ensure each property rents or sells at market value. Sorry we DO NOT do Condo Associations. However we do manage individual units for condo owners.
