- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different investment pricing options for all budgets. Once we talk and know that I can help you get what you want, we can strategize to figure out which option is best for you. *** Please, notice that if you break down packages by the hour, the Accomplished Addition Sessions and some of the virtual options calculate out to more than the listed per hour price, and the bigger ones come out to less than the listed per hour price. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a get acquainted chat, so I can hear where you're at and where you want to be. And we can see if I can help. We will discuss your situations. You get to ask me all your questions, and I will hear about your goals as well as share my organizing style and method with you. This way we will see if we're a good match. I'm happy to chat with you as soon as you wish. Once we decide to work together, I email over a simple agreement that you fill out and email back (not printing necessary). Then we schedule our first time together and I send you a welcome packet. At the start of the first session, we talk a bit more and then get down to the fun of organizing.
