I enjoyed working with Erika and am very pleased with the work that was accomplished! I had an intimidating basement clean out/ decluttering job that had lingered for far too long. Erika assisted with the physical clearing out as well as the more “emotional”work of paring down. I was super pleased with our communication- and this job required a lot of it! My biggest regret was not taking “before” pictures to document the wow factor of our great work!

Erika has a system and works with you instead of just making your stuff look nice. Being organized is more than just putting things in boxes and putting a label, and the coaching aspect of her help is what sets her apart from the other organizers I have used. She helped me organize my garage and basement, so I could actually use the tools and supplies and created a workspace for me to repair and maintain my stuff. She separated the tools into the different jobs to be done categories and made sure that each tool had all the accessories needed to be used. (Drill must have a chuck key that works, drill bits, batteries and charger are nearby). Erika and I laid out all the stuff in the garage and designed a system of hooks, shelves and baskets, and then I hired a handyman to help me attach it to the wall according to the exact specifications of our design and it came out awesome.

Before I worked with Erika, I had hired an organizer to help me as I moved into my new apartment. I found it was more like my mom coming over to help me clean. While it was effective, there weren't many guiding principles or habits that stuck once she left. My biggest pet peeve is having a cluttered house, and I felt like my apartment was too cluttered. Then I hired Erika. My goals were to create more minimalism and peaceful serenity in my home. If my home were to be organized, it would feel like my life was more together. What I found to be true with Erika was that there was a true *lifestyle* change in regards to how I lived in my home space and how I thought about my belongings. It was one of the first times in my life I truly felt at peace with the spaces we organized. In fact, one of the primary areas of focus was our master bathroom, and after we organized it with Erika, I truly felt like it was so clean, organized, and beautiful that we asked each other ‘Can we eat dinner in here?' About a year after first hiring Erika, I hired her again. In terms of tranquility and a sense of peace in my home and life, this has been incredibly worth the investment. Erika is not only an organizing coach, she is someone that teaches you a new way of life and guiding principles on how to organize and interact with your living space. I can not recommend her expertise enough.

I hired Erika just to help me with electronic paper filing. Even before we started the project she taught me the skills I needed to begin filing and skills for other day to day organizing projects. I took so much more from this experience because of her knowledge. Just the idea of getting rid of all my paper was causing me anxiety however with Erika's help I was able to work on my filing system much easier. Thanks Erika!
