Introduction
Hello! We’re a team of two local Boston students, Rick Miles at the Harvard Kennedy School and Erica Radler at MIT, and together we make up DJ Decibel Entertainment, providing DJ and photo-booth services in the greater Boston area. We have a combined ten years of DJ experience in weddings, parties, dances, and events of all kinds and we are passionate about helping you pull off the best event possible! I hired Rick to DJ my twin daughter's 18th birthday. He was easy to work with and was prepared for the event. He promptly answered emails/texts, reviewed the type of music they wanted, and took requests at the event. I would 100% hire again.

DJ Decibel (Rick) was the perfect DJ for our party! He was so easy to work with, we gave him a short list of songs we like and he created hours of fantastic music for the evening. Everyone raved about the tunes! He arrived early, was the perfect professional, such a great guy and very reasonably priced! If he's available for your date, look no further, DJ Decibel is your guy!

Erica and Rick were absolutely fantastic DJs at our (BTI/ https://bostontechinitiative.org) 2021-2022 MA FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship Robotics competition this past weekend! They played age and event appropriate music, and the teams and audience loved the energetic atmosphere and fun style that they brought throughout the whole day. They were responsive and punctual leading up to the event and we look forward to working with them again soon!

DJ Decibel has been an MC for multiple events of mine and I really can’t say enough good things about him. Not only does he have great music taste in his own right, but he is also prompt to take requests and flexible enough to make adjustments based on the crowd. In addition, and I think I have to share this little anecdote, he goes above and beyond I’m being aware/taking care of the event space. A few years ago during a Fourth of July party one of the attendees brought a pair of dogs (newly adopted puppies that she couldn’t leave at home) and they were causing a bit of a mess. At one point they knocked a candle of off one of the tables and a bit of the carpeting inside caught flames. DJ Decibel was the only person paying attention to the whole room and he ran from his stage to grab the puppies and stomp out the fire. We only realized what had happened after he had already jumped into action. Please do yourself a favor and hire this man.
