- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Consultations and a solution for every budget. We offer flat rates for most installations, extremely competitive pricing on accessories and many impressive systems that don't carry the high price points. ---The most important thing to remember here is that we aren't a hard sales type of business. We encourage you to give us what you would like to spend, aka a budget...and we will be open and honest to show you exactly what you will get, or could get. While it's everyone's concept to get the best performance, at the best possible price...sometimes there is a minimum to actually accomplish what you need to accomplish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have grown via word of mouth from our clients over the past 15+ years...as a standard in the field...we ask for 50 percent down...25 percent upon start, 25 percent upon completion. It's obviously a 1-off situation depending on the work and relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
