- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are fair and competitive. We charge a 5% monthly fee based on the rent of the property for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer starts with a phone call to discuss the customers needs and our services. Next step is meeting at the property in person or online via Zoom to do a walkthrough. After our contract is signed we begin managing the property. We import all information into our systems, reach out to current tenants, list available units for rent and handle any maintenance issues. At the beginning of each month we collect rent, run reports and forward funds to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years combined experience in property management and Real Estate rentals and sales. We are all licensed Real Estate brokers and salespeople. We also are certified in Property Management Financial Proficiency and are a licensed construction supervisor.
