We had a pipe burst at our home and didn’t know who to call, we tried using shop vacuums to clean up and seemed like no progress. Luckily our neighbors had experienced some flooding in their basement and told us to call Hanh at Mass pro even though it was 9 pm. Within a 30 minute we had 4 guys at our house, they had pumps, fans, dehumidifiers. I could tell they knew what to do. Hanh sat down with me and my wife and explained the whole process and explained our options, we didn’t realize how much damage this caused but luckily we had insurance and Hanh delt with them from start to finish to ensure everything was covered, they also do the reconstruction and we ended up with the new kitchen and bathroom my wife has been bugging me to do, along with new floors and a professional painted home. We have since recommended Hanh and his team to friends and family and they all have had similar experiences.

I was searching for a plumber through Angi and clearly stated that I needed a leaking pipe fixed. Despite not being plumbers, Mass Pro responded and instead offered carpet removal and replacement services, which I didn’t need. They suggested contacting my home insurance for payment, which could have potentially increased my premium. While they were very courteous and nice, they still charged me $970 just for removing a few sections of my flooring and drying the water leak. In the end, I feel like I was ripped off by very nice and polite rippers.
