FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers will receive 5% off their introductory service. Inspections are set prices. With inspections, our technician will let you know what the problem may be and parts needed. Afterwards you can choose whether you would like to hire us for the job or shop around. Initial pricing for pool cleaning depends on the severity of the pool and ranges between $150-$250. Weekly and biweekly maintenance will be set price. We accept apple pay, cashapp, venmo, cash and check as payment. Payment will need to be made same day. Customers do not need to be on the property at time of service. If the customer will not be on the property at time of service, payment will need to be made prior to service. There is also a $50 deposit fee to hold appointment and will be included and service price to avoid last minute cancellations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with new customer includes introduction via dispatch and finding out what service the customer would like to have done. If the customer is unsure of what issues they are experiencing, the call will then be forwarded to a technician that has more of an in-depth knowledge on the pool to explain what service may be needed. We work with the customer to choose a date for the inspection and/or service and request a deposit of $50 to hold appointment. Upon arrival, the technician will assess the pool and inform the customer of any possible issues with the pool or systems if the issue is not included in the service requested. The technician will perform the service and have the customer inspect for satisfaction. The technician will then collect payment and receipt will be sent electronically via dispatch. If any additional services need to be booked, the customer and dispatch will communicate to schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For new customers that would like education, the technician will give a 15 min pool school to explain the systems and how to keep them functioning properly. Questions/concerns can be asked or expressed at this time.
