I quoted several high review local roof companies to replace my 24yrs old roof. I eventually chose Sunrise Exterior Inc, and I can’t be happier for my choice. Juan is very pleasant to work with, polite, honest and professional. He is on site during the whole project, monitoring the work quality, safety and updating me the progress in time. His team worked very hard and kept the working site clean and tidy. I will (and actually already did) recommend his team to any friend who needs a new roof!

I am very impressed with Sunrise Exterior. Juan G., the manager, clearly explained all phases of the new roof replacement. After inspecting my roof, he presented the 3 available levels of materials, showed me pictures of the existing roof, and he was courteous and punctual for our appointments. I never felt pressured or rushed in our conversations, and Sunrise does not resort to sales gimmicks. Juan readily addressed all of my concerns and answered my questions. Having a roof replacement is the largest job I've had on my house. Juan's crew showed up promptly, worked steadily and efficiently, and wore safety gear. My plants and shrubbery were protected by tarps, and Juan's crew moved the table and umbrella off the deck, and replaced them at the end of the day. His crew did a meticulous cleanup, including using a leaf blower on the front walk, deck, and driveway. My experience getting a roof replacement could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Sunrise Exteriors for their care, quality of work, courtesy, and overall professionalism.

Exceptional all around. A quick response time for quote. I felt comfortable with Juan immediately. Full roof replacement with some soffit vents needed and additional vents as well. Arrived early with lots of workers, worked hard all day on the hottest day of the summer, and finished in one day. Roof is beautiful. All work done neatly, clean up was thorough. Attention to detail excellent.

Juan and his team from Sunrise Exterior were INCREDIBLE! They were amazingly helpful from the first interaction to when we fist-bumped at the end of a job well done and a beautiful new roof. They worked hard and provided updates on their progress in securing new permits from the town, and did an amazing job working in super tough heat to fully re-do all elements of our roof. Would ABSOLUTELY hire them again and HIGHLY recommend for any roofing needs.

Juan was extremely polite and very responsive. His crew did an amazing job on my roof. I am very particular of work being done on my home. I was unable to find anything I didn't like.
