- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know that the prices I am giving him are prices that adjust to the needs of each person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is to go to the customer's address, be friendly with the customer, and ask the customer what the roof problem is or what repair they need and discuss the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My approach and manner with my work is to be professional with what the client asks me to do.
