Derrick does great work, no doubt. The work he did for my house was flawless, and detailed--not the slap-happy, "well that'll do" that a lot of guys do. In addition, and this is why I loved working with him, he was efficient and fair with his pricing. Lastly, his price was what I paid, no, "oh, but I had to use this special torque screw, so I need to add $75 to the bill" or other such nonsense. I actually have half a mind to lie like crazy and say he was terrible just so I know he's available when I need to hire him again. But I am plagued by doing the right thing.

Derrick was quick to respond and quick to schedule a time to come and check out the work and come and get it done the following week. The price was right and his work was very clean and precise. He replaced our sunroom floor, turned a sliding porch door into a regular push door, and re-welded some beams underneath our sunroom. Everything came out great. Would definitely hire him again.

An absolute 10+ star experience. Do not let the few reviews stop you! I am so lucky that I decided to get a quote from Derrick. Not only was he half the price of everyone else to install a screen door, but he also went to the store to pick it up for me (I have a broken leg). He kept in touch with me every single step of the way and from the time I requested a quote to job done was 3 days! Really! I can't sing his praises higher. Super professional, prepared and a pleasure to work with. You cannot go wrong!

We were very happy with how quickly he responded to messages and with the quality of work.
