We were very happy with how quickly he responded to messages and with the quality of work. He made it all very easy for us as he went and bought the doors for us after taking the measurements and installed them both with very little noise. Derrick was great! He responded to my initial request for a job bid super fast and was very easy to communicate with/responsive while we discussed project details. An absolute 10+ star experience. Do not let the few reviews stop you! I am so lucky that I decided to get a quote from Derrick. Not only was he half the price of everyone else to install a screen door, but he also went to the store to pick it up for me (I have a broken leg). He kept in touch with me every single step of the way and from the time I requested a quote to job done was 3 days! Really! I can't sing his praises higher.
