- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates and consultations are always free and always will be. We price our roof projects competitively and always provide the best price possible the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new customer, we know there are a lot of options to choose from when selecting a contractor. We don't believe in hard sales pitches or pressure situations. What we do is the educate the homeowner on roofing and the roofing process, we do a thorough walk of the roof to ensure we have the most accurate information to provide an estimate, we talk in detail about the materials we would use to do the project and then the most important step, we answer all of the homeowners questions and no question is too small. When we earn the business of a new customer, it's because we've earned their trust and they believe we will provide them the best service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just like everything else in the world, the roofing industry is constantly evolving. New products come out every year that can provide better benefits and protection for customers and their homes. We utilize training and classes provided by vendors, distributors and other roofing professionals to keep ourselves up to date and current with every product available. Staying educated is a priority to us so that we can offer the best products and services to our customers.
