You expressed satisfaction throughout the entire process, cooperated with us, and showed appreciation – which is why we’re genuinely surprised by your review. The work at your home was carried out over three full days, with great attention to detail and a high level of care. We treated multiple areas of your home – including the basement, garage, sunroom, attic, bathroom, and exterior walls – exactly as you requested. Additionally, at your request, we also performed a full sanitation treatment in your living room, which was not included in the original estimate, and we completed it at no extra charge, simply to provide complete service and ensure your satisfaction. We also performed a pressure wash of your deck, again completely free of charge, even though it wasn’t part of the initial agreement. To be clear – you reached out to us a few days after receiving the estimate, after comparing several other quotes. You even mentioned – and your wife confirmed – that you received a quote for $12,000, and chose to move forward with us because of our fair pricing, clear communication, and professional approach. We never pressured you. You made the decision to move forward on your own and expressed satisfaction all along the way. That’s why this review simply does not reflect reality. It ignores the significant effort, the extended service, and the professional work that was done over the course of three full workdays. It’s disappointing and unfairly damages a company that operates with honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping people.
