- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable and professional, and our pricing is clear and transparent with no hidden fees. We charge hourly for local moves and offer a flat-rate or space-tied pricing for cross-country projects. We provide professional furniture padding and services like dissasembly/reassembly at no extra charge. And we always aim to meet your needs and budget! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We personally connect with every new customer over the phone to introduce ourselves, learn about their move and discuss how we can be the right fit for each other. On the day of the move, we come fully equipped, set the scene by protecting floors, walls, and furniture. We pack and load the truck. On the other end, we unload and place all items exactly where you would like. If anything needs to be disassembled and reassembled we do that as well. If storage or advanced packing is required we come prepared. An easy to reach personal contact remains open before, during, and after every move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every team member completes our special "Moving Academy" process and learns to handle most delicate and difficult furniture pieces with care. We train to wrap and protect, disassemble and reassemble, pack and unpack everything in the most efficient way possible.
