FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fencing, done right, is much tougher than it looks. We strongly prefer to see the site in person before pricing the job so that we can get ahead of any potential issues that may arise. This makes it much easier for everyone! After our installer has reviewed the project and identified the potential problems with you, we will create a proposal and send it to you within 24 hours of our initial site visit. After the proposal is accepted, materials will be ordered and the work will be scheduled. Larger projects may require a materials deposit due after the proposal has been signed. This is just to cover our expenses for ordering the materials and will be discussed with you during our initial meeting, just to make sure we're all on the same page. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion as long as you're completely satisfied with your new fence.
