I was disappointed with L&T Carpentry for not responding to text and phone messages. I selected them for my door installation but she failed to respond to my text and phone calls in three days and by the time she called me I already called another contractor who came the same day to look at the job and installed the door in less than a week. L&T Carpentry needs to respond to customer messages and only take jobs that they can service properly.
