Contacted me immediately by phone. Let me know he could come the next day. Gave me a window and called me during that window to let me know he was on his way. Eren spent time looking at my dishwasher and let me know I was better off getting a new one. I appreciated his honesty. He then gave me his recommendations and which ones to buy and where. I went to where he told me to go and the salesperson agreed with everything Eren told me. So thank you EB Appliance & Repair Installation. Repairman from JetFix (EB Appliance) came over to Newton same day I called. He fixed the LG Refrigerator in 15 minutes !! The long story is that I spent endless hours on the phone and on LG Chat trying to get a repairman for a refrig that is a litte more than 1 year old. I had to jump thru hoops with the LG agent. After scheduling one repairman (about a week wait) the repairman did not show up. More messages/email/phone back and forth with LG did not make progress. It only got worse (I will never buy an LG again). I was almost ready to replace the refrig rather than deal with this headache. However, I persisted and made other repair calls -- to no avail. Finally, EB Appliance was the only one that responded and said he could fix it. He showed up on time, repaired the fridge and charged less than I expected ! :)

FANTASTIC top notch service. Responded to my request within five minutes. I had called two other local appliance repair specialists both told me to think about getting a new refrigerator. After coming out and analyzing the situation EB appliance ordered the needed part and two days later install it and had my fridge up and running again. Pricing was extremely reasonable service as I said was top-notch, my refrigerator is running like new again. I would not hesitate to use EB appliance again for any of my appliance issues .
