Contacted me immediately by phone. Let me know he could come the next day. Gave me a window and called me during that window to let me know he was on his way. Eren spent time looking at my dishwasher and let me know I was better off getting a new one. I appreciated his honesty. He then gave me his recommendations and which ones to buy and where.
