EB Appliance responded ASAP, my oven stopped working on 12/31, he showed up the next day 1/1, to fix the problem, he was honest, troubleshooted the issue and left me with the decision, there was no pushing, and no fear tactics. Contacted me immediately by phone. Let me know he could come the next day. Gave me a window and called me during that window to let me know he was on his way. Eren spent time looking at my dishwasher and let me know I was better off getting a new one. I appreciated his honesty. He then gave me his recommendations and which ones to buy and where. I went to where he told me to go and the salesperson agreed with everything Eren told me. So thank you EB Appliance & Repair Installation.
