FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel we are affordable yet competitive. We do have overhead like most companies, a warehouse for shipping and recieving, dumpsters for responsible waste disposal, etc. However in our industry, the unfortunate truth, is we all compete with individuals with nothing more than a pick-up, some tools, the intent to upcharge along the way with "unforseen" issues, secretly cut enough corners to make a circle, and never respond in the event there is a need for service. So the fluctuations in quotes can be immense depending on sources. The most important part of any quote or contract, is a clear and thorough explanation of what exactly will be done, and what actual products will be used. These details are necessary in the accurate comparison of proposals. It's important to make sure the dollar amount isn't the only difference in the services promised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All quotes are free with no pressured commitment. We accept Cash, Checks, or Credit Cards and offer affordable Financing. We provide the ability for customers to make a purchase without ever meeting them in person from the comfort of their couch via our website or corresponding remotely through Zoom conferencing, text, or email. When you contact us, you are contacting the owners directly. We are personally involved in all aspects of every project. This allows for streamlined communication with nothing lost in notes from person to person. We will also be assessing, installing, and warranting your products. We are very flexible and have numerous ways of working with current and potential customers. We have the ability to view the project from outside in person with good photos of the inside, or, with just good photos of both in and out, and provide an accurate quote. This alleviates the need for person to person interaction during the COVID-19 Pandemic, or for all customers who own properties they aren't near. We also have the ability to offer an in person meeting, giving the customer the ability to view sample products before purchasing, such as actual windows with different colors and wood grains, or a sample slider door to allow the customer to feel the smooth gliding and lock operation of our products without leaving their home. This is for the customers who have a particular theme to match or want a more in depth knowledge of what they're buying, quickly, without making a commitment for hours of their valuable free time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
