- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly. I charge $48 per hour. I always provide a FREE phone consultation to discuss your Organizing goals, needs and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process typically starts with a consultation. The consultation could be a written communication or a telephone call. I work in 3 or 4 hour blocks of time. I love working alongside my clients. Some of my clients would rather not be as involved and like to come home to the finished product. It really is a personal preference. The benefits of working alongside my clients is all the "teachable" moments. I'm also able to learn more about my client to better serve them and make proper decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 8 years of experience as a Professional Organizer. I am also a Member of NAPO. I have been Certified by two organizations as an Interior Redesigner (ASHSR) and (SMART)
