FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer free estimates and price our jobs as competitively as possible. The prices that are sent to customers are estimates and can sometimes fluctuate up or down due to a number of variables regarding a specific request for power washing. I have been in business long enough to know how each job should be reasonably priced so we generally stay at our original estimate. We do offer a 10% Senior and first responder discount. Also I like my customers to know that we have never had to put in an insurance claim in all the years I have been in business, I'm very proud of that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers if possible and get as much information for what they are looking to have cleaned or repaired on their home. I like to also forward new customers an insurance certificate with their full name and home address on it as absolute proof showing how and what we are insured for. Lots of companies have insurance, but carry minimal coverage. We are fully covered with a policy that covers both property and workers compensation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was a kid growing up in Boston I worked with a gentleman who taught me all there was to know about power washing and gutter cleaning/repair. Although I had some other jobs throughout my life, I always kept my power washing skills in play! It was about 17 years ago when I realized how much I really loved taking a dirty house and bringing it back to life within a couple of hours! I always believed that on the job training by very experienced people is the absolute best training you can possibly ever get.
