Mikaela did an absolutely amazing job!! She was professional, courteous, always in communication with me. She was on time the day of the event I was hosting (baby shower). Super kind and genuine woman. She was even able to cater to exactly what I needed and wanted even in short notice. She did the arch and display of balloons EXACTLY how I wanted. Pricing was reasonable and I just am absolutely so happy with her work!! All the guests at the baby shower loved it too!! She’s amazing!!!

Each event is different and requires a different level of time and skill. I have a detail conversation with each client to understand what they are looking for and write a proposal based on that consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consult. Discuss vision and needs. Sent proposal. Execute contract and deposit.
