- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a new customer discount as well as a bulk discount to multiple system setups like houses with mini splits and central air or apartment buildings. Our "on site" estimate cost is to off set the thumbtack charges for all the reluctant customers that contact us that we get billed for but never actually end up having the chance of doing an in person consult.(I honestly believe everyone on the consumer side of this app has no idea how costly it is for the contractor) These small consultation fees get applied directly to the bill if you decide to move forward with our services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consult to narrow down exactly what the customer wants and needs. Next at your convenience we schedule an in person consult to get the exact layout out of the house and possible previous set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hvac licensed, as well as EPA licensed and OSHA 10 certified
