Tech came out to our house same day we requested a visit and everything pointed to a problem with the breaker. An electrician came out and checked breakers for faults and found nothing, we contacted RepMI again and let them know it wasn’t a problem with the wiring like we had though and asked to come out whenever they could. Tech dispatched same day and arrived on time (which was after normal business hours) and worked on our dryer, took it apart to find cables were crossed connected within the dryer motherboard. Fixed the issue and went on his way! Honestly, there isn’t many companies/individuals giving this type of customer focused service anymore and i cannot recommend RepMI inc enough. I will be contacting this guys for any of my appliance issues moving forward!

Iurii from RepMI was quick to respond to my ice maker breakdown. Expecting to wait 2 or 3 days for service, I was pleasantly surprised. He was able to come in half an hour. I had emptied my freezer prior to his arrival (for his access to ice maker). Problem solved. Ice maker reassembled within an hour of my call. I highly recommend him!
