We are here to hold your hand through the process, not run away with a project. This is about telling your story, not ours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Top Group Media produces only the highest quality content, and our pricing reflects that. We offer both one-time project rates, retainer rates for monthly clients and we also have a referral program available. Ask us about anything!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule 1-2 phone calls or in person meetings to go over the treatment and storyboard. From there we will discuss budget, rentals, locations and equipment. Once we have a day scheduled to shoot it usually takes 1-2 days to complete filming. From there editing is anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
