FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to delivering great service at the most competitive rate. All charges will be discussed and agreed upon before having the work done, and we work with our best-in-class tradespeople to deliver all services at below-market rates. ********* For residential property management, our normal management rate is 8.5% of the rent, but we discount for multiple properties and high rents. We charge a 10% fee for finding, scheduling, overseeing, and paying tradespeople brought in to repair or remodel your property. Managing regular service, like landscapers, snow removal, cleaners are included in the management rate. We also normally charge a setup fee of $150 per property to make it ready to be managed. This includes having all the bills come to us, collecting all the information about the property, collecting information about you, the owner and any current tenants so that we can enter it into our systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find it most effective to meet, talk, listen and learn about what the customer really needs. Then we prepare and deliver a proposal so that the customer can have a clear understanding of how the services he/she needs will be delivered. None of our contracts lock the customer into working with us, if they are ever unhappy, we want to know so that we can fix the issue. Our goal is to make the management of the rental property or association as easy as possible for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 150 hours of specific training to be a property manager. A business degree to prepare me with management. I have managed small and large groups and projects over my 5+ year career.
