- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our goals at Diamond Property Management is to save you money. We give you $100 off labor costs your first year, if we can fix it for you we will saving you vendor costs. We understand the importance of working with a customer so based on your needs and goals we are open to negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get new prospect tenants we treat that as individuals. We discuss their specific situation, expectations and needs. We discuss our services, experience and how we differ. If we decide to move forward we will do an inspection of the property and discuss the contract to make sure all parts of it are understood. We pride ourself on strong communication every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in psychology and nuclear medicine which gave me unique experiences working with others before starting my business. Owning a multi family for other 13 years has given me lots of experience in the different aspects of owning property. I also have my mass real estate license.
