- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat $95/month service charge for professional property management of an individual condominium. Our monthly charge for multi-unit apartment buildings and condominium associations is dependant on the number of units in the property and the amount of daily work needed to properly service the building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen carefully to exactly what it is they need, the issues they are currently having, and what they expect from a new property manager. I gladly provide them with references from current clients. If they are in the area we set up a "meet and great" at their property so that I can see their property and so they can get comfortable with me and our compnaues services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owed and serviced my own properties since 1976. I have managed other clients properties since 1985 and am extremely familiar with all aspects of building components, systems, and construction. We have a great team of talented and experienced professionals ready and eager to manage your property.
