FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The sessions listed are the prices I charge when I visit you in your own home or apartment gym. We follow a more affordable pricing policy at our Personal Training Studio at 1065 Commonwealth ave (Mats Boston). You can check these on the website. Other than that, my first session consultation is always free of charge. In the first session, I check your dynamic and static posture analysis, look at your movement biomechanics, ask you questions about your exercise and health history, listen to your goals, and create a personalized exercise program that is 100% suitable for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding my client's habits and lifestyle forms the core of my program. Then I do a postural analysis and which tells me about muscle imbalances. Afterward, I deal with muscle flexibility and tendon strengthening for 4-6 weeks. This is called anatomical adaptation. The next phase changes according to need (weight-loss, strength, cardio, hybrid or posture training)
