Hello everyone! I’m a Cordon Bleu trained Chef from Paris with 11 years of experience as a sous chef for a Celebrity Chef and James Beard award winner. I specialize in Italian/French cuisines and cook with bright flavors inspired by Thai/japanese and focus on delicious and healthy cuisine. I can make all the classic American dishes as well and my specialty is Pasta. I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan as well and ensure that every dish is the best you’ll ever taste. Most of my ingredients are organic and locally sourced. I can also pair meals with beverages of your choice or cocktails and wine.

Incredible food and overall experience. Healthy food can be boring but she makes it exciting and mouthwatering with every bite. Very inventive with the freshest ingredients. And the chef was funny and entertaining to boot, while maintaining professionalism and giving us privacy when needed without being asked. Highly recommend!
