- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A PA state-mandated fee for the act of notarizing a document which is typically $5 per signature is assessed along with a convenience fee of $50. This fee is subject to increase based on the following: -For Remote Online Notarizations: how many signatures and/or witnesses are needed. *All fees are discussed prior to the notarization appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remote Notarization 1. Book your appointment and upload your document to be notarized. DO NOT SIGN THEM FIRST - we do this online together. 2. You will be emailed a link where you will need to pass ID verification. This can be done one of two ways: -ID Quiz & Upload ID - 5 questions about you, that only you know! And then upload images of your valid government issued ID. -ID Upload & Facial Recognition - From a smartphone, you upload images of your ID, and take a selfie. 3. Once verified, you will join a virtual session with your notary. 4. We will sign your documents electronically. 5. When finished, your signed and sealed notarized document(s) will be available via email or can be downloaded from your remote notarization platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I am commissioned in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2021. -I am a certified Remote Online Notary which means I can legally notarize documents online through a secure state approved notary platform for clients across the United States and internationally. -I am Loan Signing Agent Blueprint certified to perform Loan Signing transactions. -NNA certified and background checked -E&O insured above state minimum of $100K
