I had mold removal work done in my attic as required by MassSave ahead of doing any additional work. Rey was responsive and a pleasure to work with on the project. He got the job done within a week of coming out to do an initial inspection and quickly followed up with the paperwork I needed. He also was quick to answer a couple of follow up questions I texted him 10/10 would recommend!

Rey did a basic mold report for me, and it was extremely thorough and helped me figure out what to do with my house. The best thing was that Rey was honest. With this stuff, it's easy to con someone into thinking they need more work done, but it was more important to Rey to be truthful. I highly recommend anyone like that

Rey was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. He called right away. He answered all my questions and gave me my results swiftly. As a tenant, I’m currently renting from landlords who’re refusing to acknowledge there’s an issue with mold. Rey explained the situation very simply and easily. I can’t recommend this guy enough!

They responded quickly and were able to complete the job in a day. It was fairly priced. Hope the mold doesn't return. They recommended a dehumidifier for the basement. So I got one. We will see how things are going in a year
