We had originally reached out for Leo to help fix a broken bathroom vanity and broken window molding, but while reviewing those projects, we also contracted him to install custom wooden shelves in our living room and a front closet. I asked Leo to build a custom wall cabinet for storage. Based upon my vision, Leo built a beautiful spacious wall cabinet for my spare bedroom. However, upon completion of this project, I had another project for Leo. Leo’s pricing to change a couple windows and replace some rotting wood on the exterior of the house was astronomical. About 3 times what an American carpenter would charge. Obtain other estimates to make sure you are not being overcharged.
