Serena was an amazing English tutor who made learning fun and engaging. She was patient, encouraging, and had creative ways of explaining concepts that really clicked for me. I left our lesson feeling more confident in my English skills and excited to keep practicing.
Serena is hands-down the best English teacher I've worked with. Our lesson was interactive, well-paced, and packed with useful knowledge that I could put into practice right away. Her warm and positive attitude created a great learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions.

Wonderful experience. Very helpful that she is fluent in both Chinese and English. She always comes prepared to class and is so detailed in answering questions about grammar and pronunciation. Cannot recommend her enough.

Serena is the best Chinese teacher that I have ever had. My kid and I are both learning Chinese, and she is able to adapt to both of our needs really well. My 7-year-old has really improved and can now hold simple conversations after just 2 months of bi-weekly classes. And the best thing is that he also LOVES classes with Serena!!
Serena explains concepts really well, and she can do that in both Chinese and English depending on your level. After taking classes with her for about a year, I would say that I have learned more in this year than I have throughout high school and college (I took Chinese for 6 years before finding Serena).
Her rate is really good, especially for the amount of experience she has in teaching. I cannot recommend her more!! Honestly, I feel so lucky to have found her.
