We take every review seriously and always strive for customer satisfaction. However, we want to clarify the inaccuracies in this review. From the start, we completed the demolition, footings, and deck framing within about a week. The delay was due to special-order materials that the owners specifically requested. We informed them in advance that these materials were not readily available and would take time to arrive. They expressed no concerns at the time but later became frustrated while we were waiting for the order to be fulfilled. More importantly, these owners repeatedly attempted to get additional work done for free—work that was never included in our original agreement. As a small, family-run business, we take pride in paying our employees fairly for their skilled workmanship, and we complete only the work outlined in our contracts. When we rightfully explained that extra work would require additional payment, we were met with threats and intimidation tactics. Rather than acknowledging the facts, they continued to pressure us in an attempt to take advantage of our business. Lastly, we have photos of our final product that display the beautiful deck we built for these owners, which will last for decades to come. We value honesty and integrity in every project we take on and caution others to be mindful of situations like this.
