They have been very slow and not at all caring. Despite contacting the manager several times, they have left the job and not responding. I chose to work with them because of their high ratings reviews, but I believe they have changed drastically and became worsen over time. We contracted with them on April to build a relatively small backyard deck. Now it’s in August and they have not finished the job, despite that all the material are present at the job site. Last week, they just connected two rails, that’s it. Still 3 rails remaining so probably it takes them 3 weeks to finish! Very frustrating!

These guys are awesome. I used them for a basement renovation. Top level communication through the process, through design to build. They are quick to get everyone out to work, and have everything lined up. As with any construction / renovation there are changes that need to happen to the original plan, and these guys are awesome at communication and finding solutions. Most importantly, the work is beautiful!

The Wilbur Group (Kyle Matthew Construction) did a great job building deck, garage top roof and front porch for my house. Right from the start, they had shown professionalism in presenting and discussing quotes and options with me, going over details and responding to my questions in timely manner. Max, Kyle and other staff were all easy to interact with and would respond to your questions and asks. I would like to highlight quality of their service and cleanup throughout the projects. Overall we are pleased with their work and looking forward to enjoying deck and front porch. I would consider them for my future projects and definitely recommend them for home remodeling projects.

I hired Wilbur/KM for a remodeling project that included an office extension, a new half bathroom, and a complicated plumbing hook-up for a new laundry room. My experience was very positive, from beginning to end. It all started with Max who prepared what turned out to be a very fair quote; Then, on to Gio who spent countless hours designing a bathroom that had to fit into an odd-shaped space. Gio provided a number of options and alternative floor plans, and he made adjustments very quickly and easily based on my feed-back. And, finally, all of the skilled laborers – from demo, plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling and carpentry – all did a great job. They were all great to work with, so professional and respectful of our space. It’s clear that this is tight-nit family business that takes pride and ownership in their work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in providing competitive, fair priced estimates. We are never too cheap and never too high, as it should be. Making a score is never what we’ve been here for. We uphold our commitment to maintaining high standards, delivering quality work, and safeguarding our reputation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send one of our estimators out to meet you for an on-site visit, free of charge, to discuss the scope of work. Then we will diligently work on the numbers so that we can provide you with a competitive quote for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our supervisor's are OSHA 30-hour certified. We emply two CSL (Construction Supervisor License) holders. We are registered Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor's (HIC). We employ a certified hoister for machine/excavation operations.
