- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we promptly make contact with the information provided by the customer. We will introduce ourselves by email, call or text. Then we get a better understanding of the customers needs and schedule a time to go over their options. Typically, customers like time to review our quotes and in most cases compare our quality/cost vs our competitors and that's a good thing! We try to be as informative and educational as possible with our customers so they understand what separates us from our competition. After a thorough discussion we typically place an order for the customer.
