Excellent service. My garage door was bent and off the track due to our car backing into it. I anticipated it would need replaced, but the technician had it working well again in under 30 minutes It was a much better outcome than I expected. I know it's probably better to replace it but not for now. Communication was top notch as well. Thank

He replaced two motors and made repairs on two garage doors. They gave a bundle discount/offer since I chose to replace two motors instead of one. I would recommend to anyone who need repairs or garage door replacement.

The garage door had come off the track. Within 30 minutes, he had fixed the garage door. Also, made a few suggestions to help assure us that we don't experience the same issue, again.
The company is very reliable, responsible and very reasonable.

Highly recommend Elite and specifically Ben! I live in a newer home built in 2019 that has heavy wood clad doors - they always made a horrible sound when opening and I just assumed that was normal. In addition to upgrading my openers to have a little more power, Ben took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and I can't believe how quiet the doors close now.

The company was very responsive to my need to get my openers fixed quickly as one unit was broken. I've ordered new custom doors to be installed as soon as they arrive. I'm loving the Lift Master wall mount units. A bit more money, but we'll worth it...and so quiet.
