I was in need of a stove pipe/chimney repair, Boston Chimney inspected and repaired the stove pipe for a fair price. They (Dan) communicated with me via E-mail, phone and text and showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to anybody looking for this type of work.

These guys seemed great at first, but then stopped returning my phone calls. They had come to my house one time to give a quote for a chimney liner. The quote seemed reasonable, and they said they could do the job whenever we were ready. I told him that we would have to wait for our tax return money to come in (which at that point was about 2 months away) and that I would contact him when we were ready to do the job. I called and always left messages, emailed, etc. I NEVER heard back. I gave him about a two week period of several calls and messages before I gave up on him and had to start over with a new "chimney professional." The point is he never even had the decency to call me back and tell me he couldn't/didn't want to do the job. He must be a pretty busy guy to not need my $1600 chimney job. Good luck, buddy.
