Working with 5 Star Chimney was a great experience. I was experiencing an emergency situation with my chimney, and they worked with me to get it resolved immediately. They reached out very quickly, then got me on the calendar for an inspection just the next day (despite the fact that they already had several other jobs scheduled). Lynn was extremely kind and helpful in getting a visit to my home scheduled. Once they looked at my chimney and determined the issue I was experiencing, they immediately started on the fix. In just a couple of hours from when they arrived, my issue was completely resolved. Joey and Giovan were so helpful and did a great job. I look forward to using 5 Star Chimney again for basic maintenance, and any other situations that may arise.
