Willy is a Very skilled electrician/technician/appliance repair man. He was punctual, courteous, professional and went above and beyond with everything: He took down an old microwave, then mounted and installed my new microwave (from above the stove). He also checked for problems with my stove and dishwasher. He can disassemble and reassemble any appliance, with ease, and is able to quickly find and order particular smaller parts for any appliance, which saves clients money (because he's so skilled at disassembling and trouble shooting appliance and electrical problems). Willy also disconnected my old washer, dryer, & dishwasher and installed their replacements. He did an excellent job with all the work. He went above and beyond, as he spent extra time helping to move the large appliances in and out of two houses for me. His prices are very reasonable, and I will be hiring Willy for all additional future appliance and electrical work. I highly recommend Willy of L&W Home Improvement.

Great experience. Willy responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry. Arranged to order the part which was needed to fix washer machine and it was delivered overnight. Showed up the next day as promised. Installed and made sure washer was level. Highly recommend.

He did a fabulous job! I was impressed with him asking for all the information up front such as pictures and I even sent him a video of the sound my dryer was making. He came prepared and it was fixed so quickly!

Willy arrived on time and had all the tools necessary to complete the job. He made sure the unit was working properly and explained how to best take care off it. Very knowledgeable about how the window ac unit worked, what to best use to plug it, and cleaning it. Definitely will use him for future jobs and recommend him to others.
