- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mostly charge flat fees, except for some complex cases where I charge an hourly rate. I'm always reasonable with my prices, but not always the cheapest. You get what you pay for. I try to be flexible with how people pay, including offering payment plans, accepting credit cards, and even coordinating financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client hires my firm, I immediately get to work making sure we're on the same page as to how to proceed, gathering documents to be fully informed on their case, and getting ready to go to court. I make sure my clients are fully informed on the next steps and their obligations, but also that they understand the process.
