Tevan and his crew did a wonderful job.
Responsiveness
He tried to answer my questions and address my concerns throughout the project. Whenever I had questions, he tried his best to get back to me immediately.
High standard/professionalism
He tried to make sure every detail met his standard of work - one day, one of the floor tiles was being redone and he said he found the grout damaged a bit so had decided to re-do it. The damage was not that noticeable but I believe he has a very high standard for his work quality.
When he installed the vanity, he and his business partner Alex found a small issue that was already there in our plumbing (one of the connections was loose) and fixed it while they installed the vanity. They didn't work to just make the bathroom pretty but they worked so hard to make it function properly.
In the shower niche, there is a very slight angle and I believe he did that on purpose so water doesn't stay there. I appreciate all this kind of detailed work quality.
Responsibility
Also, for any random issues we ran into, he was always willing to be available to quickly come to fix them. On the first day, after the demolition, we had an issue with the toilet and he stopped by our house to fix it that night. We had some issues with our toilet and he tried his best to make it fit well.
The bathroom indeed turned out exactly as I wanted.
I'm so glad I worked with him on our bathroom project and definitely would like to recommend him.

Highly recommended! Tevan did a great job renovating my condo bathroom. He is very responsive, punctual, and he does great work. He also really cares about making sure you’re satisfied with the job. These are hard qualities to find in a contractor! I’ll definitely continue using his services in the future.

We give Tevan and his crew our highest possible recommendation! After hiring (and firing) one tiler, then interviewing two more, we found WA Luxury Tile on Thumbtack. They came out to review the project on a Sunday, started work in Wednesday and were done our tile floors and 36”x60” shower by Saturday at noon! Simply unbelievable.
The communications were fantastic, attention to detail exceptional, quality of work outstanding, and a great value too. We are very grateful that we found Tevan after several failures with others.
