We also offer to log in remotely to your home or office computer and perform services as needed, like virus removal, spyware removal, PC maintenance, operating system tune-ups and also networking issues, etc. Our certified on-site computer technicians are qualified to resolve almost any issue you might experience with your PC, Mac or in your office business computer network, as well as home office computer network. We perform operating system installations, firewall security systems, hardware or software repairs, and data disaster recovery. We also work with external devices and assist in installations and repairs of LCD screens, LED screens, and scanners, and printer fixes and configurations. Also, we are trained to solve complex software applications and hardware package problems. We also attach software and hardware issues with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Whether cracked screen, broken buttons, software issue or charging issue, we fix it all. In addition to our computer-related services, we also offer repairs of different electronic equipment such as LCD TVs, LED TVs, etc.

I had a water damaged macbook pro and was frantically researching all the repair shops in the Boston area. Everywhere, including the Apple Store, told me that I was better off buying a new computer because the repairs would be costly. But here I am, typing this review on the same laptop that was supposed to be a goner. Not only did A Plus Computer Services give me an incredibly modest deal (1/4th the price of what the Apple Store said it would cost to fix through them), they were fast, fixing the computer within one day of diagnosing it (the diagnosis was free, might I add) and calling me to confirm that I was okay with the price and getting the green light to repair it. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, I mentioned briefly that I was a poor college student struggling without my laptop and they gave me a loaner laptop and charger FOR FREE. All I had to do was return it when I came to pick up my computer. AND, they give a 6 month warranty on their products, again, FOR FREE. They were very kind, answering my many questions, and saved me so much money, stress, and time. It might seem discouraging to trek out to their store but trust me, it is worth the distance. It is rare to find such genuinely good people who care about both the customer and the product. THANK YOU A PLUS COMPUTER SERVICES!!!!!!
