Elsayed is a real problem-solver. We had two difficult bathroom sink issues: a broken pop-up sink stopper and a faucet which had its chrome finish peeling off. I ordered parts, and he installed both. The sink stopper didn't fit the pipe down-under, but Elsayed did a work-around. No leaks, no mess left after. I was worried about the whole project and put off doing anything about it for months. But Elsayed did a great job.
