We had an absolutely incredible night with Christine as our bartender! From the start, she was extremely responsive and professional. I felt confident the night would be a great success. The night of, not only were her creative signature cocktails delicious, but her set up was incredible, clean up spotless, and she did an amazing job engaging with our guests. I am a little biased because Christine bartends at my favorite seafood spot on the east coast (The Daily Catch) so when I threw a party for my mothers 70th birthday and asked Christine if she thought she could handle 50 to 80 drunken Irish folks, she accepted the challenge. She came prepared with a fellow bartender and they rocked it all night. My mother is a notorious Cosmo drinker and very selective on who makes her drinks. She said the drinks that Christine made for her were "absolutely splendid!!!" Christine and her fellow bartender (Halle) kept up with us and put up with us. Well worth the money.
