I've worked with many different architectural firms over the past 30 years. The experience with most had been frustrating and time-consuming. Working with Creative Home Plan was a refreshing difference. It was easy, efficient, and stress free. From the beginning, they wanted to know my vision, my goals, and my budget. Each phase of the design process incorporated all of my wishes and my expectations. When they questioned an idea, we conversed and worked out solutions together. When the plans were completed, there were no unexpected surprises. I was very pleased. I only had a couple of weeks before I needed the final plans for reviews with subcontractors and the local building department. Creative Home Plans delivered my final stamped plans on time, with a day or two of breathing room. This was a great way to start what is going to be a great project.
