- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on what your wants and needs are, frequency per week, duration etc. We try to find the best fit together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients always receive a full fitness and nutrition evaluation prior to. We discover all about your lifestyle, goals, past and current fitness and nutrition history, physical and mental health, and evaluation sleep and stress. We then find the best program that suits your needs and get to work meeting virtually anywhere from 2-5 times per week. Nutrition coaching is done weekly using our online check-in program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my diploma in the Theory and Practice of Personal Training and Nutrition from NPTI. I hold my certificate as Advanced Certified Personal Trainer from the Training and Wellness Certification Commission (TWCC) using NASM theory. I have over a decade of real experience with 100’s of transformations.
