I am so glad that I found Mr Warren who took care of the eviction process so smoothly. Once the tenant received the letter from his office they reached out to me right away and paid the rent that they owed me. The fee is very minimum complete to many other lawyers. Our HOA worked with Mathew from Brent Warren to help us address late HOA dues from one of our units.
Mathew thoroughly reviewed all of our relevant condominium documents including our Master Deed, Trust, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations to help us understand legal options available to us. By listening to our needs, Mathew was able to recommend a path forward that we were all comfortable with and walked us through the process. Mathew even provided written summaries of our discussions so that we could refer back to his notes if necessary.
If we need legal services for our HOA again, we will have Mathew and Brent Warren at top of mind.
