I initially thought Mahdi did a decent job of replacing my old furnace and condensation unit with a new highly energy efficient Carrier >= 96.5 AFUE furnace and a 3.5 seer ton condesation unit for my AC . He seemed knowledgeable and his quotes seemed competitive. He also helped me fill the MASS SAVE energy rebate form. He persuaded me to give him a 5 star rating on thumbtack and I had initially given him a 5 start. My furnace gave a burning smell every time the heat was ON. Mahdi told me that it is the oil in the new blower and the smell would go away after a week. It is almost 2.5 years now and the smell of burning oil hasn't gone away.I got busy and the heating seemed to work and I never bothered to chase him on this. This winter my heating system started short cycling and frequently hits the limit control and limit control lockout. I have shown my system to a few experts and they all have concluded that the it is the result of the shabby work done during installation. The flex pipe return that feeds back into the furnace kind of constricts the airflow and is hurting the heating system. I used to have an aluminium sheet metal elbow prior to the new installation.I called Mahdi to see if he can correct/fix it for me. This is where it went southwards. He kind of became argumentative and agitated and doesn't wanna own up what he has done. I won't be working this guy again. I am disappointed with this company for cutting corners and not doing what is supposed to be right..Now, I have to figure out to replace the blower(which has gone bad because of this design) and the Return at my own cost

Mahdi was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of if you have questions. My central AC installation was completed quickly and professionally. Mahdi came the next day to check the work, make sure everything was cleaned up, and answer all my questions. Honestly, I expected it to take longer and cost more. As a woman, I look for someone who won't talk down to me, or assume I wouldn't understand. Mahdi explained everything in detail, including what would be involved in maintenance going forward.Since it was put in early in the season, he even called as soon as the weather got hot, to make sure I was happy with it!
