PionArch provides architectural and interior design services for both commercial and residential clients. Our commercial projects include corporate offices, lobbies, cafeterias, restaurants, small retail shops, daycare centers, small schools and churches. We customize designs to meet each client's unique needs. Along with PionArch's design services, we also provide home owners with construction services including building new homes, additions, and renovations. Our team consists of architects, interior designers, contractor and subcontractors. We are licensed in Architecture and Construction and insured. Customers should hire us as we are affordable, responsive, and professional and we turn projects around quickly.

Pionarch put together plans for a commercial job we are remodeling. Prompt service, responsive and kept us in the loop. Also made the effort to come by very quickly as we were under constraints to get building permit approved. Start to finish from time to contact was just 2 weeks with stamped plans in hand. As a contractor that's a great turnaround and that included a lot of back and forth with town. Good company and will use again for future design/architectural work.

I have never worked with an interior designer before so I had no clue what to expect or if I could even afford one. I was looking for ideas for a floor plan for my bathroom reno. Lidia came to my house and explained the process in detail. For $500.00 she and her assistant came in and took measurements of my bathroom. From there she came up with 4 different floor plans. After I chose the one I liked the best,she gave me permit drawings for the town. Lidea then contacted me and we went shopping for tile ideas. There were a couple of floor tiles that she picked out that I wasn't really fond of until she coordinated it with an accent tile. WOW! I fell in love with it. She definitely has a talent with design. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Lidia has exceeded my every expectation, and while we have not yet completed our project, I have already begun to think of additional ways she might bring about additional assistance to our organization. Lidia delivered a high degree of creative thinking that we had previously been lacking, and yet skillfully managed her own preferences/recommendations with the design sensibilities and needs of our organization. Lidia's follow-through was outstanding, and she has proven to be an enormous asset in planning for an important renovation project. We charge per project depending on complexity and deadline.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to meet the client to get to know them better, I provide them with my package that describes what I do. Later, I send them proposal for my services which they have to sign. We work through different stages based on the project needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly go for classes that educate us about recent code updates as well as new materials used in design and construction. The newest development in Energy Code and its restrictions is one of the most important things we study and implement.
