I have recently requested a service on my wood stove and Ken from Sunbrite was sent to do the work. Ken communicated with me via texting to obtain details of the issue and took time to reach our fireplace manufacturer to get the information that he needed. He showed up on time and was very professional. I appreciated that he explained the issue to us, he cleaned the chimney, dismantled the fireplace for service and ensured it is well cleaned and put together, he cleaned the room afterwards leaving us a fireplace, which is working well now. Thank you, we are very happy with the service and can enjoy our fireplace now.
